Clinic Social Worker

Kenzie Schuch is a Clinic Social Worker at Western Wisconsin Health. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in Minnesota and a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) in Wisconsin.

Kenzie was drawn to social work through her belief that strong communities are built when individuals have access to support, resources, and opportunities to thrive. She is passionate about helping people navigate challenges while also addressing the broader social and systemic factors that impact health and well-being.

Prior to joining Western Wisconsin Health, Kenzie spent six years working in Children’s Mental Health with Nicollet County. She also gained valuable experience in the nonprofit sector, supporting individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders.

Outside of work, Kenzie enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants and local food destinations. She also loves spending time with her puppy, Maverick, who keeps her active and always ready for the next adventure.
