Lauren Pasche, DNP, CNM
Certified Nurse Midwife
Lauren Pasche, DNP, CNM, is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for women through every stage of life. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University–Mankato in 1998 before completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Midwifery at the University of Minnesota in 2015.
Lauren’s passion for women’s healthcare inspired her career as a Certified Nurse Midwife. After finding great fulfillment as a Labor and Delivery nurse, she wanted the opportunity to care for women beyond pregnancy and childbirth. Today, she enjoys partnering with patients throughout their healthcare journey, from adolescence through menopause, building lasting relationships and supporting them through each stage of life.
With more than 25 years of experience in women’s health, Lauren began her career as a Labor and Delivery registered nurse before transitioning into midwifery. She has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings, including community hospitals, clinics, and large health systems. In addition to providing exceptional clinical care, Lauren has also served as an obstetrical educator, sharing her expertise with both patients and fellow healthcare professionals.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling to visit her grown children, who live outside the Midwest. When she’s home in the beautiful St. Croix Valley, she loves exploring new restaurants, spending time with lifelong friends, and tending to her garden.
