Gain practical tools for comfort, learn positions to help you have a more efficient labor, and learn all your options for medications. We will also show you how to write an effective birth plan so your team can help you have the birth you want. Your birth partner will learn how to support you while enhancing your shared experience. Basics of newborn care are taught towards the end of the session making for an easier postpartum transition. A tour of the birth center is including during the class.

PLEASE NOTE: Masks will be required for class.
