A healthy gut means a healthy you! Find out how to heal your gut for optimal health.

Healing your gut may be the single most important thing you can do to improve your health. With over 60% of our immune system in our gut, an unhealthy gut can lead to many conditions such as joint pain, headaches, psoriasis, sinus congestion, digestive disorders, depression and many more ailments.

Join Cheri Rott, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, for a presentation to learn how to improve your gut health through diet.

In this class you will learn what “leaky gut” is all about and you will learn how to optimize your gut health through an elimination or Paleo 30 day reset diet that removes possible food triggers and rests the gut and then re-introduces foods to determine potential food triggers.

If you have been started on an elimination diet by Marrie Simpson or Dr. Clemma Nash at the Roberts location, or you just want to learn more about an elimination diet – this class is for you.

You will also receive a variety of recipes!

Pre-registration required. To register, please use the link below (preferred) or call Cheri Rott, RDN at 715-684-1279.
