HealthSwitch – Fall 2018

If you’re feeling tired, unmotivated, or need more energy at the end of the day, this is the class for you. Let us help you regain your energy and zest for life!
This 12 week healthy weight loss and exercise program begins with a one on one health assessment that measures things like height, weight, BMI and anthropometrics. The remaining 11 weeks is filled with nutrition and exercise classes covering an array of topics from portion size and emotional eating to core strength and circuit training and everything in between! This class also includes a 12 week membership to the WW Health Fitness Center.
Overview of HealthSwitch
- Prior to the first week of classes, you will have a personalized assessment at the Fitness Center, measuring things like height, weight, BMI, flexibility, and measurements.
- At the end of HealthSwitch, we do re-assessments to see all of the great changes that have taken place in your body and your mind!
- 12 weeks of nutrition classes (1 hour) and exercise classes (30 minutes).
- Price includes a 12 week membership to the Fitness Center.
DATES: This is a 12-week session on Mondays, August 20 – November 12, 2018 | 5:00 – 6:30 pm
