This 12 week program begins with a one on one health assessment that measures things like height, weight, BMI and anthropometrics. The remaining 11 weeks is filled with nutrition and exercise classes covering an array of topics from portion size and emotional eating to core strength and circuit training and everything in between! This class also includes a 12 week membership to the WW Health Fitness Center.
DATES: This is a 12-week session on Mondays OR Wednesdays.
