Introduction to Resilience Training

Intro to Resilience is a 5-week program that provides introductory tools related to meditation, nutrition, exercise, and creating support systems to make our minds and bodies more resilient and able to withstand the trials and tribulations we all face in life. This is a self-guided exploration where the instructors provide you with the tools that you will need to put in place in your daily life. The program will utilize “The Chemistry of Joy Workbook” by Dr. Henry Emmons which will be provided to all participants. The cost includes a 5-week membership to the fitness center.

The current session runs on Wednesdays from October 4 – November 11, 2017. The next session will be scheduled in early 2018.
