Mindfulness 21-Day Challenge

DATES: This is a 3-week series on Tuesdays, April 13 – 27
TIME: 4:30 – 5:00 PM
COST: $10 (includes 3 weeks of Mindfulness practices and resources. Zoom link sent upon registration.)
What is it:
- (3) 30-minute Virtual Weekly Meetings
- Not much talk, mostly practice
- 6-minute daily commitment . . . for 21 days
Why do it:
- You’ve been meaning to do this!
- You’re curious about improving your sleep, focus, or sense of calm
- You’ll have accountability and support for 21 days
- This could become a new habit!
