Mindfulness Training March 2018

Mindfulness Training is a 4 week meditation program. Research shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce anxiety, stress, and blood pressure; as well as boost memory, immunity, and the ability to focus. This class offers weekly topics and discussion from recent research, a variety of meditative practices, along with gentle yoga and mindful eating. Practicing mindfulness can provide lifelong skills in managing stress. All persons – no matter gender or position in life – are welcomed to invite more calm and clarity into their lives.

DATES: This is a 4-week session on MONDAYS, March 19 – April 9, 2018
