Mindfulness Training April 2019

Mindfulness Training is a 4 week meditation program. Research shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce anxiety, stress, and blood pressure; as well as boost memory, immunity, and the ability to focus. Practicing mindfulness can provide lifelong skills in managing stress. Refresher classes are also encouraged! This training offers a variety of practices and current information, along with gentle yoga and mindful eating. All ages are heartily welcomed to bring more calm and clarity into their lives.

DATES: This is a 4-week session on Mondays, April 29 – May 20, 2019
