Mindfulness Training is a 4 week meditation program. Research shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce anxiety, stress, and blood pressure; as well as boost memory, immunity, and the ability to focus. Practicing mindfulness can provide lifelong skills in managing stress. Refresher classes are also encouraged! This training offers a variety of practices and current information, along with gentle yoga and mindful eating. All ages are heartily welcomed to bring more calm and clarity into their lives.
 

Topics Covered:

• Mindfulness – What it is and isn’t

• Different types of meditation

• Gentle Yoga routines

• Mindfulness challenges to incorporate into your lives

DATES: This is a 4-week session on Mondays, April 29 – May 20, 2019

**Week 3 retreat – May 13, 2019 from 5:00 – 7:30 pm**
