Mindfulness Training October 2018

Mindfulness Training is a 4 week meditation program. Research shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce anxiety, stress, and blood pressure; as well as boost memory, immunity, and the ability to focus. Practicing mindfulness can provide lifelong skills in managing stress. Refresher classes are also encouraged! This training offers a variety of practices and current information, along with gentle yoga and mindful eating. All ages are heartily welcomed to bring more calm and clarity into their lives.

DATES: This is a 4-week session on Tuesdays, October 30 – November 20, 2018
**Week 3 retreat – November 13, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm**
