Chronic pain can have a debilitating effect on your life. Western Wisconsin Health Pain Solutions Program
offers comprehensive services to help people manage their pain and return to an active lifestyle. The goal of
the Pain Solutions program is to improve your quality of life by providing a comprehensive, evidence-based
treatment protocol to manage, control, and reduce your symptoms. This program can improve your overall
health, improve pain-coping skills, promote the return to a productive lifestyle at home or at work, and limit
the need for future treatments.
Pain Solutions is intended to treat patients with a variety of symptoms:
• Chronic spine pain
• Chronic joint pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Work-related injuries
• Headaches
• Post-injury pain
Treatment Approach:
The Pain Solutions program will work with each person individually to come up with an effective treatment
program that is specific to you. People in pain frequently struggle with additional problems such as depression,
anxiety, or substance abuse. You may be referred to our behavioral health team to work with a qualified provider to help treat these concerns.

• Behavioral Health/Counseling
• Health Coaching Sessions
• Fitness Center and Therapeutic Pool
• Yoga and Meditation

Becoming a Client
If you are interested in the Pain Solutions program, please contact our Rehabilitation Services Department at 715.684.1500.
A referral from a provider is required to initiate the program.
Anyone can tell you how to change your life – but it is hard to get there alone. Our team support offers real change, giving you power and confidence. We give you more than expensive meal replacements – ownership of your health! We have great tools and work together biweekly to develop action plans over 4 months. Join our Simple Health team of Provider, Dietitian, and Health & Wellness Coach.
Sign up for a package or make an initial appointment with Dr. Findlay for an Integrative Medicine consult.
Once you sign up, you will be contacted to set up your appointment and begin your personalized journey. Expect to meet with one of the providers every two weeks.
You will receive e-mails with Simple Health content to prepare you for your appointments and inspire you in your journey. You will have direct connection with the providers through MyChart.
BONUS: As an added benefit, you will be invited to FREE monthly Zoom meetings with other Simple Health participants where we will discuss topics of interest and provide mutual support.

Mindfulness Training is a four-week meditation program. Research shows that practicing mindfulness can reduce anxiety, stress, and blood pressure; as well as boost memory, immunity, and the ability to focus. Practicing mindfulness can provide lifelong skills in managing stress. Refresher classes are also encouraged! This training offers a variety of practices and current information, along with gentle yoga and mindful eating. All ages are heartily welcomed to bring more calm and clarity into their lives.

Intro to Resilience is a 5-week program that provides introductory tools related to meditation, nutrition, exercise, and creating support systems to make our minds and bodies more resilient and able to withstand the trials and tribulations we all face in life. This is a self-guided exploration where the instructors provide you with the tools that you will need to put in place in your daily life. The program will utilize “The Chemistry of Joy Workbook” by Dr. Henry Emmons which will be provided to all participants. The cost includes a 5-week membership to the fitness center.
