In addition to our main campus in Baldwin, Western Wisconsin Health Roberts location is a full-service medical clinic located in the Miller’s Corner Shopping Center in Roberts, Wisconsin. The clinic offers a full array of services including primary health care services, functional medicine, obstetrics, and surgical services. Appointment Information
When you arrive for a your clinic appointment enter through the Western Wisconsin Health main entrance and go to the clinic reception desk. Clinic staff will greet you, verify your appointment, review insurance information, and collect your co-pay, if necessary. They will also be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
If you are a new patient, please bring the following:
- Your health insurance card
- List of current medications that you are taking (including over-the-counter, vitamins, herbal, supplements, ointments, and creams.)
- List of known food or drug allergies
- You co-payment or payment due at the time of service – We accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
- List of questions to ask your provider to ensure we’re address all your concerns.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (Recovery Support Solutions)
Recovery Support Solutions is a partnership between Western Wisconsin Health and St. Croix County Health and Human Services to provide withdrawal management support and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options in the primary care clinic at Western Wisconsin Health.
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications in combination with counseling, behavioral therapies, and peer support for the treatment of substance use disorders. For those with opioid or alcohol use disorders, medication addresses the physical difficulties that one experiences when they stop taking opioids or drinking alcohol. Patients can choose who actively participates on their recovery team.
