
Alexandra Erickson obtained her Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2019 from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Alex takes a special interest in a variety of areas including: neurorehabilitation, cognition, chronic pain management, vision, and adaptive technology. Alex prides herself on participating in evidence-based interventions and has completed research related to cognition and mood changes during chemotherapy treatment and on long-term cognition and sensory impairments following concussion/mild TBI. She also created a website (adaptivepetstrategies.com) in order to provide free educational materials for helping people care for their pets.
During her free time, Alex enjoys drawing/painting, photography, going on hikes with her dog, and being near or on a lake whenever possible.
