Alexis has been personal training and for over 3 years for various populations (Elderly, arthritis, weight loss, weight management, diabetes, general fitness, etc). She has had experience instructing group exercise classes since October of 2014. Alexis has also had the opportunity to personally run multiple 5k’s, participate in recreational sports, and continues to set and maintain fitness goals.
