High 5 Food & Nutrition Challenge




Challenge Dates: September 12 – October 9, 2016

‘High 5!’ challenge focuses on the importance of healthy eating and specifically, consuming the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. The American Heart Association recommends filling at least half your plate with fruits and veggies in order to make it to the recommended 5 servings of each per day.
